Shute Cottage was shortlisted for a National Award in Design and Architecture for the renovation and expansion work within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The original dwelling probably dates back to Norman times with a rare stone vaulted ceiling and later addition of a round Flemish chimney. The link from the cottage to the light and spacious extension was built in 2003.

Large king size double room up wooden stairs from the kitchen area along with private bathroom. A second flight of stairs at other end of cottage, through from downstairs twin room into the pretty bedroom with vaulted ceiling, twin single beds and views across to castle.
Lovely Manorbier beach, a golden sandy cove with great rock pools, popular with both families and surfers, 2 minutes or less on foot. Spot the dolphins, seals and porpoises from the coast path.
